Wholesale Account policy

We offer unique services to small designers and manufacturers:

Pricing:
To serve companies of all sizes, we maintain a sliding price scale on all of our items. Discounts apply at 2 gross, 11 gross, and 51 gross per size, per color, of a style. Please contact your sales rep or One World Button Supply Co. directly for further information.

Sizes/Materials:
Our buttons are handmade with light machinery. There is no need to retool for changes in design, sizes, or materials in most cases. This allows you flexibility in your designs. Most button style can be made of different materials or sizes to suit your needs.

Custom Design:
Custom designs are the heart of our business. Our craftspeople are adept at taking your sketches and making new button styles, jewelry or home furnishings components as you require. We can work with custom designs in horn, bone, wood, hand painting, coconut, bamboo, handcarved tagua, and brass.

Ordering:
Sample orders: We will fill sample orders for single buttons or whatever quantity you require. These will be billed at the first level of pricing.

Designers:
No orders will be shipped without proof of a wholesale business. To establish proof, please send your resale number along with a copy of a recent invoice to a boutique, invoice for a crafts show booth , etc.

If you are designing for a yarn company or knitting /crafts publication, we will provide buttons without charge with source credit for our buttons. Please be certain that you indicate the yarn company and/or publication and publication date on your order and that we can verify this with the editor.

Shipping:
Sample orders are shipped within 2 weeks of receipt of order. Please indicate if you require RUSH service and delivery. Companies will be notificed when an item is out of stock.

Residential shipments:
Regardless of the size of your business, a residentially zoned address is charged a higher rate by UPS and you must absorb this cost. Please indicate on your first order all residential addresses.

Production orders:
Please allow 6-8 weeks for production quantities.

Terms:
To insure a mutually beneficial partnership, we ask that wholesale accounts meet our minimum order requirements. Wholesale accounts must submit a state resale certificate number for the business purchasing our products.

First orders are COD or prepaid pending the receipt and approval of a credit application. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.

Production orders will not be shipped without completion and approval of the credit application.

We reserve the right to hold shipments from accounts that have a past due balance. 1.5% interest will be charged on all past due invoices. A $25.00 service charge will be assessed for all returned checks.
